Supplies here

- Lets get started -

Open a 600 x 600 canvas - flood fill with white
Open a paper from my scrapkit
Foreground set to nil - bakcground set to pattern using the paper
Preset shapes - star 2 - draw out a large star
Objects - align - center of canvas - convert to raster
Duplicate - on the original go to effects - Toadies - What are you?

Reduce the opacity to 50%
On the duplicate star add a drop shadow

Copy & paste on of the doodles as a new layer - resize
Effects - Mura Meisters - Copies - Encircle

You might have to play around with your settings, it depends what size your doodle is
Duplicate - on the original go to adjust - blur - gaussian blur 20.00
Effects - penta.com - jeans - default settings
On the duplicate doodle add a drop shadow

Copy & paste the frame as a new layer - resize
With your magic wand select the middle of one them
Selections - modify - expand by 5 - copy & paste your image as a new layer
Selections - invert - hit delete - selections none
Move your image below your frame - duplicate - image - mirror
Add a drop shadow to your frame

Copy & paste the wordart as a new layer - resize
Position - add a drop shadow
With your font add your name - add a drop shadow
Add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
Save your tag

Done!
